“The water was out the morning of my departure and I was unable to shower or even brush my teeth”

“Most everything was great except the bed. If you like a bed with an incline and your feet higher than your head you will love it. We had to turn around and sleep with our heads on the foot of the bed.”

“The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!”

“We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a living area and a pull out sofa bed. The room was pretty spacious however pretty outdated. No blackout curtains in the area where sofa bed is located so impossible to sleep when the sun is out. Our pillows were horrible and bed was not comfortable at all. Overall, our room was not as comfortable as we would have wanted so we left pretty restless without getting much sleep. Staff was friendly and accommodating.”

“There was a broken light switch in the bathroom. My wife received an actual shock when she turned on the light. Parking was listed at $35.00 per night, but I was charged $50.00 per night! We couldn't use the stove top without the smoke alarm going off, even with the outside doors open and the stove fan-vent on high. The coffee was undrinkable.”

“Offseason… place not in tip top ship. No lobby bar. Restaurants had strange hours and a few were closed. Our mistake for not recognizes the summer is the off season for this place.”
